At Off Ya Tree, we want you to be stoked with your new gear, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn and unwashed, and please note that for hygiene reasons, body jewelry, earrings, and intimates cannot be returned.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items you wish to return and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation to help our team identify your purchase.

  Send It Back

  Affix your return shipping label and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
